Entrepreneurs First in the San Francisco Bay Area is hiring an Investor for its Launch program. You will advise up to 10 pre-seed teams on product development, customer acquisition, and fundraising, while owning the portfolio's progress and outcomes.

You will connect teams with customers, mentors, and advisors, shaping the program's structure and delivering impact. This is a full-time, on-site role in San Francisco with a compensation of $180,000–$200,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Advise up to 10 pre-seed founding teams per batch on building a product customers love, selling, go-to-market strategy and fundraising.
• Take extreme ownership of portfolio companies' progress through Launch, accountable for their outcomes.
• Connect advised companies to customers, mentors and advisors as they land in San Francisco.
• Act as a driving force behind the EF program, with strong input on structure and full ownership of planning, delivery and measuring program impact.
