Job summary

Entrepreneurs First (EF) in San Francisco seeks a high-impact operator to lead the Launch program, advising up to multiple pre-seed teams on product, GTM, and fundraising. You will own outcomes, connect startups with customers, mentors, and investors, and drive the program’s success from planning to measurement.

You bring startup fundraising expertise, ownership, and a bias to action, building lasting founder relationships and a broad VC network to accelerate growth and fundraising outcomes.

• You are an investor, founder, product leader, with a strong understanding of what it takes to get a start up off the ground and raise a first round.

• You are able to synthesize complex, early stage ideas into big vision companies.
• You excel at building relationships with founders & VCs.

Responsibilities

• Advise Founders on how to build a product customers love, how to sell, grow their go-to-market and raise.
• Display extreme ownership of your companies’ progress on Launch, responsible for outcomes and growth arc.
• Connect the companies you’re advising to customers, mentors and advisors as they land in SF.
• Accelerate the companies’ trajectories and set founders up for success, planning and delivering impact of your program.
• Design and execute events, workshops, and speaker sessions to teach founders the fundamentals of selling, growing and fundraising.
• Act as the main point of contact for advisors working with EF companies, a group of serial founders with extensive funding experience.
• Own and grow your VC network and facilitate introductions to top VCs and angels to help founders expand networks and funding.
