Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) seeks a Coordinator, Entrepreneurship Development to support statewide entrepreneurial initiatives and partnerships. You will help develop tools, track progress, and communicate with diverse stakeholders to advance Indiana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

The role emphasizes collaboration with entrepreneur support organizations, universities, and the business community, while executing events and maintaining assets and narratives across channels.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, public administration, political science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, entrepreneurship, or government.
• Experience with the entrepreneurial ecosystem is a plus.
• Knowledge or interest in entrepreneurship, public policy, and equity.
• Experience working with a large group of stakeholders.
• Experience in communications and event planning.
• Experience working with government, nonprofit, and business communities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Entrepreneurship Development division in developing, implementing, and promoting tools and services for Indiana entrepreneurs and small businesses.
• Support development of project plans to track programming progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Review invoices and reports for accuracy related to entrepreneurial programming.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with entrepreneurial support organizations, entrepreneurs, universities, chambers, coworking spaces.
• Provide timely support and communications for entrepreneurs and entrepreneur support organizations.
• Plan and execute entrepreneurship events in partnership with Program Manager and external engagement team.
• Assist in development and maintenance of IEDC entrepreneurship assets (websites, one-pagers, graphics, templates, and other materials).
• Support development and distribution of community impact stories, data, and entrepreneur narratives.
• Research best practices and analyze gaps in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Perform other duties as requested.
