Eden Rose USA, a fast-growing, technology-driven law firm, seeks a Corporate / ECVC Associate (2–6 years) to join its team. You’ll work directly with startup founders, own client relationships and advise venture-backed companies from pre-seed through Series B.

You’ll handle SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds, board matters and equity grants, draft governance and financing documents, and collaborate with paralegals, PMs and engineers to improve workflows.

Qualificações

• 2–6 years of post-JD experience.
• Strong ECVC/startup corporate experience.
• Experience across multiple clients and industries.
• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
• Genuine interest in startups, AI and legal technology.
• Someone excited by ownership and client contact, not just a remote role.

Responsabilidades

• Advise founders on day-to-day corporate and ECVC matters.
• Handle SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds, board matters and equity grants.
• Draft and negotiate corporate governance and financing documents.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted day-to-day legal adviser.
• Work alongside paralegals, project managers and engineers to improve legal workflows.
• Use and help develop AI-enabled legal technology.
