Wicker Hamilton Limited is seeking a Corporate / ECVC Associate to advise venture-backed startups. This fully remote US-based role offers hands-on responsibility from day one, partnering with founders and owning client relationships.

We require 2–6 years post-JD, a JD and active bar admission, and ECVC/startup corporate experience. Equity participation replaces a conventional bonus; US work authorization is required.

We’re working with a growing, technology-focused law firm seeking a Corporate / ECVC Associate to advise venture-backed startups.

Fully remote — US-based

$200,000–$300,000 base, depending on experience

2–6 years post-JD

This opportunity offers hands-on responsibility from day one: becoming a trusted adviser to founders and supporting their businesses through formation, growth and venture financings.
