EVAPCO is seeking a Startup Manager to lead startup, commissioning, and field service for EVAPCO Air Handling systems across North America. The role serves as the primary link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, and End Users to ensure installations are started and operating per design intent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC, industrial air handling, refrigeration, commissioning, or field service experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with startup and commissioning of air handling equipment preferred.
• Food processing, industrial refrigeration, clean room, or critical process air experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field service and commissioning activities across North America.
• Develop commissioning standards and startup procedures.
• Manage field service personnel and scheduling.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and end users.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to operation sequences.
