The role emphasizes data‑driven decisions, hands‑on leadership, and continuous improvement across rotating shifts. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory/manufacturing experience and can manage across day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends
