Rho is seeking an Advisor for Startup Banking to generate business and establish partnerships with middle-market clients. You will collaborate with leaders at Rho to ensure a seamless process in promoting our banking technology.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong local network. The position includes a competitive base salary range of $75,000-$95,000 with OTE ranging from $115,000-$170,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle sales professional.
• B2B sales background with track record of selling to SMBs/Middle-Market.
• Possesses deep local market network and cold calling experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in potential middle-market businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships to maximize account retention.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends.
