Job summary

HH Staffing in Miami, FL is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and highlight community amenities and available apartments. You will respond to leasing inquiries, assist with applications, and handle lease paperwork and resident documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and highlight amenities and available homes.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects, and assist with applications.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, move-in paperwork, and other resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, leases, and resident information.
• Assist with rent collection and resolving resident questions promptly.
• Conduct apartment inspections and support move-in/move-out processes.
• Support resident retention, events, and property marketing initiatives.
• Maintain model apartments and leasing areas to present the property professionally.
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines and property policies.

4. Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, leases, and resident information.


5. Assist with rent collection, resident questions, and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner.


6. Conduct apartment inspections and assist with move-in and move-out processes.


7. Support resident retention efforts, community events, and property marketing initiatives.


8. Maintain model apartments, leasing areas, and common areas to ensure the property is presented professionally.


9. Follow Fair Housing guidelines, company policies, and property procedures.

Position Requirements:

1. Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, or AppFolio is a plus.


2. Professional and personable approach when interacting with residents and prospective residents.


3. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.


4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


6. Must be comfortable working weekends and holidays as required by the property.
