Employers Options, a part of Array Corporation, is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to join a growing team in Honolulu, HI. The role is full-time and on-site, with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour.

Schedule includes a day shift from 7:30am to 4:30pm, with on-call availability. The candidate will respond to emergencies, assess properties, perform restoration work, and apply industry-leading techniques.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude, strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency service calls during scheduled hours, with rotating after-hours and weekend on-call obligations.
• Assess damaged properties and perform restoration services to return them to pre-loss condition.
• Learn and apply industry-leading restoration techniques, equipment, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects safely, efficiently and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during challenging situations.
• Help customers restore their homes, businesses, and peace of mind.

Pay:$18 to $20/hour
