Premier Restoration Hawaii is hiring Mitigation Technicians to respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies on-site across Hawaii. You’ll help families recover, work as part of a team, and learn while advancing toward leadership roles.

Starting at $20/hour with paid training, this full-time position emphasizes hands-on work, problem-solving, and staying safe while delivering quality restoration services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pack, inventory, and store customer belongings when necessary.

What You'll Do

Every day is different. You may be helping a family recover from a flood one day and responding to a fire-damaged property the next.

What We're Looking For

You don't need restoration experience to apply. We can teach the technical skills. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

Experience in construction, maintenance, restoration, moving, landscaping, military service, warehouse operations, or other hands-on trades is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Must be available for on-call rotation
• Occasional nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during emergency response situations
