- **Deal Leadership:** Track record of leading investments and serving as a true partner to founders through all stages of company building

- **Network Leverage:** Deep connections across technology ecosystems that can be activated to support portfolio companies

- **Financial Acumen:** Sophisticated understanding of venture economics, portfolio construction, and value creation

- **Category Expertise:** Profound knowledge in at least one emerging technology sector (AI, climate tech, computational biology, etc.)

- **First-Principles Thinker:** Ability to cut through noise and identify fundamental truths that inform investment decisions

- Remote work capability with global availability for founders and team collaboration
