Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Test Specialist for Production Checkouts (Starship) to operate as Vehicle Controller on console and execute production checkout procedures. Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace manufacturing or test environments.
• Experience as a console operator or vehicle controller in operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Vehicle Controller on console for Starship production checkouts.
• Execute test plans and work-order operations; monitor safety and test results.
• Run checkout sequences on flight hardware; halt operations if safety requires.
• Maintain radio discipline and enforce PPE and stop-work authority.
• Distribute handoffs and document campaign passdowns for next controller.
• Support Test Readiness Reviews ensuring GSE, qualifications, and configurations are ready.
