United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Power Systems Engineer to join their Starship Avionics team in Hawthorne, California. This role involves providing engineering expertise in the development of innovative DC-DC power converters for space applications.

The successful candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams to create advanced power electronics hardware aimed at making human life on Mars possible. A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and experience in power converter development are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in power converter development.
• Strong grasp of DC-DC topologies and their architectures.
• Familiar with spacecraft electrical power systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering expertise in the design and testing of power converters.
• Work on electrical power system design trades and requirements.
• Perform power system verification testing and analysis.
