Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• 5+ years of experience in the role of a CNC machinist preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of machinists and technicians through daily assignments.
• Track shop floor metrics and maximize delivery rate.
• Set and maintain a tight production schedule.
• Ensure employee safety through regular assessments.
• Support the commissioning of CNCs in the new shop.
• Drive shop floor culture of continuous improvement.
