Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Integration Technician (Starship) at Starbase, Texas. The role combines propulsion, mechanical and avionics integration on the vehicle’s primary structure, with hands-on testing and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities include staging, assembling, testing flight hardware, interpreting drawings and executing procedures with precision tools. Travel up to 25% and ability to work varied shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience with propulsion, mechanical, automotive, electrical or avionics hardware installation; OR completion of a trades program.
• Willing to travel up to 25% and work varied shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stage, set up, assemble, test and install flight hardware.
• Use precision calibrated tools.
• Hands on operations with both large and small fragile assemblies.
• Heavy rigging for large assemblies.
• Operate personnel platforms (boom lifts, scissor lifts, etc.).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions.
• Collaborate with production engineers to document integration processes.
• Ensure all production services are performed on time, safely and professionally.
• Perform fluids and pneumatic testing.
