United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Production Integration Technician (Starlink) to assemble and test satellite hardware. You will conduct mechanical and avionics integration, following precise procedures and tests to ensure quality.

The role requires hands-on assembly, collaboration with engineers, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Responsibilities include staging, setup, installation, and real-time troubleshooting to prevent repeat issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in electrical or mechanical test environment or installations.
• A&P schooling is preferred.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation or high-volume settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Stage, set up, assemble, test, and install satellite flight hardware.
• Use mechanical and precision tools including torque wrenches.
• Perform work to procedures, specifications and test instructions.
• Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Collaborate with production engineers to document activities.
• Support troubleshooting of hardware issues in real time.
