United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the Starship program in Hawthorne, CA. You will lead cross-functional teams to design factory layouts, optimize production, and manage resources in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on production floor work, documentation, and process improvements, with opportunities to mitigate risks and improve quality, output, safety, and cost. On-site, long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Experience with inventory, production, capacity planning, including MRP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel/SQL/Python or R for modeling dynamic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design factory and production area layouts following visual indicators and flow principles.
• Detail oriented with clear documentation and project management.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and track schedules.
