Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with mechanical or electromechanical design and analysis, including internships.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging solutions for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Conduct thermal, structural, and tolerance analysis using calculations and finite element analysis.
• Participate in mechanical design, 3D modeling, and create production drawings.
• Perform failure analysis of components under various conditions.
• Interface with machine shops and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Own hardware delivery timeline and success from inception through integration.
• Lead design reviews and interact with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure structural designs meet weight and rate targets through innovative methods.
