Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Dallas offers an entry‑level STARs program designed for recent graduates to develop banking fundamentals and launch a long‑term career across our lines of business.

As a full‑time participant, you will receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and collaboration with senior leaders and peers, with a focus on finance, accounting, and client services in Corporate Banking, Middle Market, and related divisions.

Qualifications

• Earned a BBA, BA, BS or master’s in finance or accounting from an accredited college or university.
• Complete at least 9 hours of accounting coursework.
• Complete at least 6 hours of finance coursework.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2; transcript may be required.
• Strong MS Office skills to produce reports, memos, and presentations.
• Interest in a long-term banking career with leadership and community involvement.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal partners across functions.
• Effective communication across customers, bankers, sales, credit and management.

Responsibilities

• Learn banking fundamentals including financial statement and credit analysis.
• Apply learning through individual and group exercises.
• Receive and complete training assignments, case studies, presentations and reports.
• Attend meetings and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Remain coachable and committed to continuous learning.
