Starr Bus Charters & Tours in Pennsylvania is seeking professional motorcoach drivers to join our team. We hire experienced CDL drivers and offer a paid ELDT training program for those without a CDL, with path to full-time work.

You’ll operate charter and tour trips along the East Coast and Canada, delivering safety and top-notch customer service. Required: clean driving record, CDL Class A or B (or willingness to obtain), 25+ years old, strong communication, and flexible availability including

Responsibilities

• Operate charter and tour trips with Starr’s Prevost motorcoaches.
• Serve as primary contact with passengers and ensure safety and service.
• Maintain safe operation and reliability of the fleet.
• Travel along the East Coast and Canada as required.
• Collaborate with training and operations teams to deliver quality service.

About the Position

As a Starr motorcoach driver, you will join our team of highly trained professionals who expertly and safely operate our beautiful fleet of Prevost motorcoaches. In addition to operating the motorcoach, our drivers serve as primary contact with our valued passengers. Providing the ultimate in safety and service has been the hallmark of Starr for 75 years.

Starr drivers operate both charter and tour trips, including:

• Single & Multi-day tours throughout the East Coast and Canada

• Single & Multi-day Charter work with sports teams, universities, schools, and corporate clients

No matter the trip, you’ll find the work rewarding and varied.

High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• CDL Class A or B (or willingness to obtain through our paid program)
