Qualifications

• Experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
• Able to use power tools including drills, impacts, and hand tools.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 40 ft for roof access.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in any weather.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record; pass background and drug screening.
• Own a smartphone for field use; monthly reimbursement provided.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to start early and on weekends as needed.
• Full-time availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install Starlink satellite internet systems including dish mounting, cabling, and router configuration.
• Install and service DISH Network satellite television equipment.
• Set up and configure customer equipment including routers and smart home devices.
• Run cabling, drill wall penetrations, and install grommets to professional standards.
• Recommend additional products and services to customers and earn sales incentives.
• Complete required photo documentation and equipment reconciliation for every job.
• Provide a professional, respectful experience in every customer’s home.
• Mount dishes and hardware on roof eaves, exterior walls, and other structures.
• Drive to customer locations; some sites may be 30‑120+ minutes from base.
