Job summary

Fusion Solutions, LLC seeks a Starlink Installer for the SoCal market to install and test satellite equipment, relocate cabling, and ensure system readiness for service. Join a field team performing cable runs, cabinet prep, and project handoffs with a focus on safety and quality.

The role requires OSHA30, RF awareness, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to work extended hours. You will report daily activities and coordinate with on-site supervisors to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

• Experience relocating HCS to 6160 cabinet with DC/fiber work.
• Foreman/Lead experience on related projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of CD/RFDS.
• Familiar with site build materials and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• OSHA30 certification required.
• RF awareness and Bloodborne Pathogen/First Aid/CPR certificates (in-person).
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and extended hours.
• Ability to complete daily reports after shifts.

Job description

Title: Starlink Installer

Location: SoCal Market

Pay rate: $20/hr +$19/hr = $39/hr Total

Here are some of the requirements for the Starlink project.

• Experience with relocating HCS from the legacy cabinet to 6160 Cabinet, this will include relocating DC lines and fibers, installing new conduits, possible NEMA box, new box type Raycap/SPD box(optional), dressing/grooming cables and preparing the legacy cabinet for removal.
• Construction Foreman/Lead or have experience with TMO Anchor Project ( but not limited )
• Must have detailed understandings on CD/RFDS
• Must be familiar with the materials needed to build a site
• With intensive troubleshooting skills
• OSHA30 holder – a must!
• Must have updated RF awareness/Bloodborne Pathogen/First Aid and CPR(in-person) Certificates
• Must have valid US driver’s license
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Can work extended hours if needed
• Can complete the report every after work
• Familiar with the Tool TMO PAG/TMO RIOT/SES/TRACCESS/VZW Vendor Portal/ATT NFSD
