Job summary

Fusion Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Telecom/Field Technicians to install and commission Starlink satellite dishes at T-Mobile baseband/cell sites. You will install and mount Starlink dishes, route Ethernet/power/network cabling, and verify connectivity across multiple sites.

Candidates should have 2+ years in telecom or field tech roles, experience with Ethernet cabling, and be willing to travel to remote cell sites. OSHA 10/30 certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telecom, wireless, network, or field technician experience.
• Cell-site or baseband experience preferred.
• Experience with Ethernet/network cabling.

Responsibilities

• Install and mount Starlink dishes and related equipment.
• Route and connect Ethernet, power, and network cabling.
• Align and activate Starlink equipment.
• Connect Starlink to site/network infrastructure.
• Perform basic connectivity testing and troubleshooting.
• Complete cable labeling, grounding, weatherproofing, and site documentation.
• Take installation photos and complete site closeout reports.
• Travel to multiple T-Mobile cell sites as required.
