Mosaic North America is seeking a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to cover an assigned field territory, coordinating door-to-door outreach and community events to connect households with Starlink internet options.

The role supports a SpaceX Starlink Customer Acquisition Program and offers hourly pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with a schedule that fits around class commitments. This entry-level position provides training, field coaching, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Be available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Be willing to conduct direct neighborhood and community outreach and travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to identify communities and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine whether Starlink meets their needs.
• Guide customers to place orders using your referral code without handling payments or sensitive data.
• Record hours, mileage, and activations in the field application and review results with management.
