Mosaic North America is recruiting for a Starlink Campus Sales Representative to cover an assigned field territory. The role offers hourly pay with a $200 bonus for each qualified activation and requires 15–25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include direct outreach, events, referrals, and guiding customers to orders while using a referral code. Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an eligible college, university, or educational program.
• Available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient when facing rejection.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Willing to conduct direct neighborhood and community outreach and travel throughout rural and suburban areas.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes using data tools to identify communities and track progress toward sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers through direct door-to-door selling, events, referrals, partnerships, and other approved approaches.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine if Starlink meets their needs.
• Guide interested customers to place orders using your referral code; no payments collected by you.
• Record hours, mileage, interactions, and activations in the field app and join regular manager check-ins.
