Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate Restaurant Supervisor for Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection, to oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will assist the Restaurant Manager with staff training and development, lead a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders, and ensure consistent service, quality, and cost control in a vibrant downtown setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in hospitality with supervisory exposure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities are required.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system is preferred.
• TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certification is preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is expected.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
