Grand Bohemian Charleston, Autograph Collection, is seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to lead all dining operations within our luxury hotel in Charleston's historic district. You will drive budgets, menus, and inventory while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee a talented team, ensure service excellence, and maintain strict cost controls in a fast-paced, high-end setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Overview

Looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team!
