Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a personable Server for Grand Bohemian Orlando, Autograph Collection in Downtown Orlando. You will greet guests, explain the menu, and ensure a seamless dining experience with attentive service.

Ideal candidates communicate well, work in a team, and can multitask in a fast-paced setting. Weekend availability is helpful, with opportunities for growth within our renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering any questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
