What You’ll Do

As the Shift Supervisor, you will lead shifts by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, complete their duties thoroughly, and follow all brand standards & food safety requirements. You will also assist in training new hires and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

  • Lead the activities of team members on shift.
  • Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
  • Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
  • Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Stock and sanitize workstations and equipment.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell products.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge.
  • Train new team members.
  • Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
  • Report observations or concerns to leadership.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Experience & Skills
  • Cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact positively with customers and coworkers.
Requirements
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
  • Speak, read, and understand instructions and policies.
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
