Minimum Requirements:
- Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly, courteously, and tactfully, leaving a positive impression on customers and colleagues.
- Must be a trained and certified barista.

- Delegate tasks according to duty rosters.

- Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly.
- Hold personnel accountable for their responsibilities.
- Prepare department schedules, considering requests and business needs.
- Assist customers with specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales.
- Maintain a clean and appealing customer service area and equipment.
- Demonstrate Customer 1st behavior in all interactions.
- Prepare various customer beverage orders, including espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day.
- Adhere to all Starbucks programs, policies, and promotions.
- Follow store policies for operational flow at each station.
- Perform cleaning tasks per standards and work collaboratively as a team.
- Present professionally and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
- Maintain equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
- Follow cash handling and inventory procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional at all times.
- Adhere to company policies on dress code, grooming, sanitation, and harassment-free environment.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
