STARBUCKS/LEAD BARISTA (Finance)
Ensure service standards are met and exceeded by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation. Monitor overall department conditions and maintain standards. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Minimum- Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Able to handle stressful situations calmly, courteously, and tactfully, making positive impressions on associates and customers.
- Must be a trained and certified barista.

- Prepare various customer beverage orders, such as espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day.
- Adhere to Starbucks programs, policies, and promotions (e.g., Customer Voice, Siren's Eye).
- Follow store policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per standards and work collaboratively as a team.
- Present oneself professionally and communicate clearly during all interactions.
- Perform equipment maintenance according to preventative checklists.
- Follow cash handling and register policies.
- Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
- Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
