Minimum Requirements:
- Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly, courteously, and tactfully, leaving a positive impression on associates and customers.
- Must be a trained and certified barista.

Responsibilities:
- Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising.
- Assist in supervising department personnel to ensure quality customer service.
- Delegate job assignments and responsibilities to associates.
- Order and maintain stock, monitor conditions and appearance of supplies.
- Monitor product code dates and rotation, remove out-of-date products.
- Hold personnel accountable for their responsibilities.
- Write and coordinate department schedules.
- Assist customers with specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of customer service area and equipment.
- Demonstrate Customer 1st Behavior in customer interactions.
- Prepare various customer beverage orders.
- Adhere to Starbucks programs, policies, and promotions.
- Follow store policies and procedures for operational flow.
- Perform cleaning tasks and work as a team player.
- Present professionally and communicate clearly.
- Perform equipment maintenance and follow safety protocols.
- Follow cash handling, inventory, and recording guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to policies on dress, grooming, and sanitation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Manage conflict effectively and act with honesty and integrity.
