Minimum Requirements:

• Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly, courteously, and tactfully, leaving a positive impression on associates and customers.
• Must be a trained and certified barista.

• Increase sales through effective marketing and merchandising.
• Assist in supervising department personnel to ensure quality customer service.
• Delegate job assignments and responsibilities to associates.
• Order and maintain stock, monitor conditions and appearance of supplies.
• Monitor product code dates and rotation, remove out-of-date products.
• Hold personnel accountable for their responsibilities.
• Write and coordinate department schedules.
• Assist customers with specialty coffee beverages and whole bean sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of customer service area and equipment.
