Contributes to Starbuck's success by ensuring service and store standards are met. Provides customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products. Ensures customers and partners experience a friendly, upbeat, clean atmosphere.

The Starbucks, here at Valley Children's Healthcare is dedicated to delivering exceptional food/drink options as well as Superior Customer Service to our fellow employees, vendors and Patient Families. Our team consists of a diverse group of baristas, all working together to ensure the best Customer Experience for every one of our customers. We offer all food/drink options that you would get in a regular Starbucks store. We began offering Connect, mobile ordering for licensed stores, earlier this year, enabling families and employees to order ahead and come down and pick up your order at your convenience. We serve approximately 4000 customers per week. Our operating hours are 6am-2300 Monday through Friday, and 630am-1500pm on Weekends.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum one (1) year previous experience working in a food service operation or providing customer service in a retail setting preferred
• Prior experience as a Barista preferred
• Must have basic computer skills

EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma as accredited by the US Department of Education or GED required
