Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner, promote an inclusive work environment, and be a responsible community member. Provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product information.
• Maintain knowledge of products and suggest items to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and customer requests, using proper equipment.
• Offer samples and inform customers about specials.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly portioned, and inventory is maintained.
• Use kitchen and coffee shop equipment safely and correctly.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
• Report discrepancies and safety issues to management.
• Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and report issues.
• Handle customer or employee accidents and report safety risks or illegal activities.
• Work effectively in a high-paced, stressful environment and manage conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum: Excellent customer service skills.

Desired: Previous comparable experience.
