Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous comparable experience (preferred)
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and making suggestions about products
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries
• Promote teamwork with colleagues to achieve store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, handle transactions appropriately
• Offer product samples and inform customers about specials
• Ensure products are fresh and properly portioned to prevent shrinkage
• Recommend items to customers to meet their needs
• Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, and scales safely and correctly
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately
• Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and report repairs
• Report accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities to management
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
