Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Treat customers and employees in a fair and ethical manner, promote an inclusive work environment, be a responsible community member, and provide the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and services.
• Gain knowledge of products and suggest items to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and customer requests using proper equipment.
• Offer samples and inform customers of specials.
• Ensure products are fresh and correctly portioned to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend items to customers to enhance their experience.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain inventory.
• Check product quality and manage stock levels.
• Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations.
• Report safety issues and accidents promptly.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
