Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Prior cash handling experience.

• Engage with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on preferences.
• Create latte art and ensure drinks are beautifully presented.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machines and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness of products.
• Upsell pastries, snacks, or merchandise.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to make guests feel welcomed.
