Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Barista for our bustling cafe in the Kansas City area. You will craft a range of coffee beverages, greet guests, take orders, and guide them with recommendations in a fast-paced setting.

You'll showcase latte art, maintain clean equipment, follow health and safety standards, and upsell pastries or merchandise while delivering memorable guest experiences. Prior cash handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to recipes.
