Minimum Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous comparable experience (preferred)
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions and making suggestions about products
• Maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and across the store
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions professionally
• Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
• Provide ordered products with correct portions to prevent shrinkage
• Recommend products to customers to meet their needs
• Operate equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, and scales according to guidelines
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately
• Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly
• Adhere to food safety and safety procedures, including reporting accidents and unsafe conditions
