Responsibilities include:

• Creating a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and answering product questions.
• Maintaining knowledge of products and suggesting items to customers.
• Promoting teamwork and collaborating with colleagues to meet store goals.
• Preparing beverages according to recipes and standards, and processing transactions accurately.
• Offering samples and informing customers about specials.
• Providing fresh, properly portioned products to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommending products to meet customer needs.
• Using equipment like refrigerators, ovens, and espresso machines safely and properly.
• Labeling, stocking, and inventory management.
• Reporting discrepancies and safety issues promptly.
• Adhering to food safety and safety procedures, and maintaining equipment.
• Managing conflicts calmly and acting with integrity.
• Supporting diverse customer needs, including minors and individuals with special needs.
• Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary Range: $15.75 - $16.55
