Job Title: Barista at Gopuff

Gopuff is seeking a Barista for our Starbucks Operations team. As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic, delivery-only Starbucks cafe focused on speed and quality to provide the best experience to each customer.

Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering an exceptional customer experience by creating quality handcrafted beverages and food.
2. Upholding Gopuff and Starbucks standards, including food safety and brand standards.
3. Executing cafe processes such as food deliveries, replenishment, and cleaning.
4. Monitoring promotional activities and maintaining consistency in service.
5. Following routines to ensure food safety and efficiency.
6. Producing items according to specifications and recording temperature-sensitive food items.
7. Completing cleaning tasks and adhering to packaging, labeling, and food safety guidelines.
8. Completing all required Starbucks trainings and demonstrating a culture of safety and compliance.
9. Working safely, identifying hazards, and complying with safety policies.
10. Performing other duties as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in Starbucks or food service preferred but not required.
• Welcoming attitude, adaptability to technology, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and attention to detail.
