Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. • Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper inventory management.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including refrigerators, ovens, and espresso machines.
• Follow safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures, report issues promptly.
• Manage conflicts and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
