Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. • Previous comparable experience preferred

• Create an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated by answering questions about products sold within the department and throughout the store.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products to respond to questions and make suggestions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions properly.
• Offer product samples and inform customers of specials.
• Provide customers with ordered products, ensuring correct portions to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend items to ensure customer needs are met.
• Use all equipment properly, including refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, and scales.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
• Report discrepancies and safety issues to management.
• Stay updated on promotions and adhere to safety and food regulations.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs needed.
• Assist in managing conflicts and handle safety risks appropriately.
• Support customers with special needs and perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
