Overview

Provide superior customer service while maintaining a clean and attractive outlet for guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet customers warmly and sincerely, listen to and understand requests.
2. Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Ring guest checks correctly and process payments properly.
4. Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any dissatisfaction tactfully.
5. Maintain high standards for product preparation.
6. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, and seating areas.
7. Follow accounting guidelines for payments, check verification, and cash management.
8. Balance the house bank at shift end and ensure accountability.
9. Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic math skills for cash handling and pricing.
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS system.
• Effective conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, with or without accommodations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
