Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure customers' return visit. Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.

• Set and achieve performance goals for the department.
• Manage scheduling to handle customer volume.

• Follow all laws and company policies.
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and customer requests.
• Process transactions accurately.

• Ensure products are fresh, properly stored, and inventory is maintained.
