Star Program
The supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, training, fleet management, and daily field operations. They ensure compliance with organizational standards through audit and quality improvement programs, staff coaching, documentation review, and performance management. In collaboration with the manager, the supervisor coordinates field training, workforce development, payroll and timekeeping processes, equipment readiness, and system-wide operational support. Finally, the supervisor serves as a key resource for frontline staff, maintaining operational readiness, facilitating communication, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery, patient care documentation, and team performance.
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years Paramedic Experience required.
DLR-Colorado Driver's License Class R - DMV - Department of Motor Vehicles required.
EMTP-EMT Paramedic - CO - State of Colorado required.
ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - AHA - American Heart Association required.
