NorthSound Physical Therapy in Stanwood, WA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join a collaborative, team-focused practice. You will work closely with licensed PTs to deliver one-on-one, 45-minute sessions and contribute to personalized care plans in an in-person clinic setting.

New grads welcome; clinic emphasizes autonomy, clinical excellence, and professional growth. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $37.00 per hour, with a schedule option of four 10-hour

Qualifications

• Valid WA PTA license.
• Associate degree in PTA.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct exercises and therapeutic activities to improve ROM, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
• Observe and evaluate patients’ progress and document changes.
• Collaborate with the PT team to modify treatment plans as needed.

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing practice. Whether you’re an experienced PTA or a recent graduate, you’ll become part of a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, individualized care, and long-term professional growth.

Details

• Position: Full-time
• Compensation: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Schedule: Monday - Friday - 4 ten hour days or 5 eight hour day schedules available
• Experience: New Grads Welcome!
• Patient Care: 45-minutes with 1-on-1 patient care (no double booking)
• Work Location: In person
• Ability to commute to Stanwood

Responsibilities

• Assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs, medical history, and goals.
• Conduct exercises and therapeutic activities as prescribed by the physical therapist, focusing on improving patients’ range of motion, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
• Observe and evaluate patients’ progress during therapy sessions, documenting and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
• Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Washington.
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
