Dorner Manufacturing, a Columbus McKinnon Organization, is seeking an Assembly Technician in Hartland, WI. This role involves operating saw equipment and assembling motors, drives, and conveyor components according to drawings and orders, with emphasis on quality and timely delivery.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00am–2:30pm) in a climate-controlled facility, plus benefits such as paid holidays, vacation time, and daily coffee.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret production paperwork and work instructions.
• Basic measurement and math skills required.
• Mechanical aptitude necessary for assembly of motors, drives, and components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilités

• Assemble motors, drives, conveyor components and subassemblies per work orders and drawings.
• Identify parts and materials required for production orders.
• Operate saw equipment to cut materials to required lengths.
• Use hand/power tools and measuring devices to verify specifications.
• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies.
