Dorner Manufacturing in Hartland, WI is seeking a manufacturing assembler to operate saw equipment and assemble motors, drives, and conveyor components in the Stands and Drives area. You will follow work orders, drawings, and paperwork, while performing quality checks and preparing products for shipping.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret production paperwork and work instructions.
• Basic computer, measurement, and math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude for operating production equipment.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble motors, drives, conveyor components and subassemblies per orders.
• Identify and verify parts required for production orders.
• Operate saw equipment to cut materials to spec.
• Use hand and power tools and measuring devices to assemble.
• Inspect assemblies and perform quality checks.
• Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion.
• Prepare completed products for crating or shipping.
• Maintain safety, 5S, and clean work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
